We believe in a gentle, detailed approach to seed cleaning and sizing.

Our cleaning and conditioning takes place over three distinct stages – air screen cleaner, gravity table, and color sorter.  Each batch of seeds is first screened with air to remove both large and small foreign matter. After seed sizing is completed (as necessary), our gravity table separates out any empty or damaged seeds.  Lastly, our Satake Evolution color sorter can detect mis-colored or misshapen seeds and remove them with accuracy and precision.  At the end of these steps remains clean seed ready for treating or packaging.
